Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unused cookware in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include all original documentation.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
